Works fine ever since ASIAIR v1.9.
To find the PHD2 log inside the USB memory stick, make sure that you explicitly select USB memory as storage. Then make sure that an AutoRun (must be autorun) sequence is completeed while autGuiding is running.
Soft shutdown the ASIAIR (make sure you do a soft shutdown) and move the USB memory to a desktop computer to look inside the USB memory stick for a folder named ASIAIR.
Inside that folder, there are multiple folders, like Preview, AutoRun, etc. On of the folders is named "log".
Inside the log fiolder, you should find both AutoRun logs, and PHD2 logs.
Another way is to connect the desktop computer to the Samba server in the Rasbian OS of the ASIAIR. You should see volumes such as UDisk Images, SD Images, etc. Depeding on the storage that you have selected, look for an ASIAIR folder, like described above.
Remember, to get a PHD2 log, autoguiding must be running. Additionally, you have to use AutoRun, and let it run to completion (no crashes), or manually terminating AutoRun. And, lastly, don't power down the ASIAIR without first doing a soft shutdown.
