I did some more research on the web and found the best way to clean the sensor and it worked great so for those that need to clear out the dust on the sensor here is what I did.
First I used a gentle spay of compressed air to loosen the particle. I then used a tip from Skywatcher to use the vacuum which sucked up most of the loose dirt. This worked well for the loose dirt but there were still larger particles stuck on the glass in front of the sensor.
Next I dapped a Q-Tip into Lens Cleaning Solution and dabbed the Q-tip a few times on some paper towel to soke up the excess liquid. I then gently wiped the glass and used the dry end of the Q-Tip to dry. I used a magnifying glass to check all was clean.
Tips:
1-Make sure you camera has a glass cover in front of the sensor, I think some ZWOs do not. A way to check this is to use a magnifying glass to view the sensor, use a small flashlight and move it around while looking at the dust particle. If you can see shadows of the particles on the sensor moving around because of the flashlight movment you have glass in front. If there is no glass on top of the sensor, you well most likly not see shadows.
2-Be sure that the Q-Tips are 100% Cotton (some brands are not). Also make sure thay are perfume and lotion free. If you need to clean the sensor a secound time, use a new Q-Tip.
3-Be sure the lens cleaner is of quality like the kind you would get from an optomytrist.
