Help with Zwo Asi120mc:

Hi all,

I recently got the Asi 120mc and I am trying to use the default image capture software from Zwo as well as Sharpcap. I have been getting black screens most of the time and sometimes (rarely) I do get the camera to start up...is there something that I have not done correctly?

Try FireCapture and check if it will work correctly on lower "USB traffic" values.

yes, you can try to lower the "USB Traffic" value

its name in amcap is "Auto FPS Adjust" under the "video input filter" menu

also you can try another usb port or plug the USB line to the back of PC instead of the front
