ASI2600 stopped downloading images

I've been using an ASI2600 for just over a year. A few days ago, it was noticed that there were black horizontal lines on short exposure images. They were random and intermittent. Now the camera has suddenly stopped downloading images. The camera connects, and the cooler shows its active and cooling. In sequence generator after the exposure is complete, the "downloading image" message appears for minutes eventually timing out. When connected to ASIStudio, the camera starts exposing for about .5sec followed by a "exposure failed" message. Have swapped tried different computer, swapped USB cables, and checked the 12V level.

Any ideas on what to check next?

Update to the latest version ASIStudio and native driver

Make sure don't have multiple software running the camera at the same time
Test the camera in ASIStudio-ASICAP on windows, and set 10ms exposure time, if the fps=0, take a screenshoot to show us.
In this case, it may need to be shipped back for repair.

I checked to make sure it had latest driver and no other applications were trying to access the camera.
Thanks for the quick response. Below is a Dropbox link with screenshots of the camera with the short exposure time, no image. Also there is a video when taking longer exposures also with no image. It does look like it may have to go back.
