Sorry to say not a great start for me. I have ordered an ASM 120MC direct from China via the company website. I have emailed ZWO/ UPS / with reference to the delivery. I have received an email detailing payment and confirming del address all fine until they supply the UPS tracking no for my order. The UPS tracking website states it has been delivered to an address in Wolverhampton and not my del address in Norfolk. NO one is willing to respond or take responsibility to my plight to get my camera. Has anyone else experienced any issues from their orders.
What I need an answer to is "has ZWO supplied me the wrong UPS tracking number?" for my order
Please be assured this is not a rant to bad mouth anyone or their company. I am just trying every possible avenue to get someone from ZWO to contact me.
UPS state the tracking number I gave them copied and pasted from the original order states for a different person at a different address.
Are any of the moderators here connected with ZWO
