AM5 and the wall

I had a problem with my am5.
In practice, during the goto he slammed my telescope into the wall and the mount made a bad noise.
After that everything worked regularly but I wanted to know if ZWO has provided a security "blocking" system for these situations that may arise.

Really sorry for this issue, do you mean the AM5 axis suddenly fall while slewing?
And we will convey to the team about this.

AM5 is designed to stop slewing when it detects something is hit, so there is a security "blocking" system as you said, if we understand you correctly.
