Failed to set the EFW Error in ASIAIR Plus Plan

Hi everyone,
I setup an imaging plan in my ASIAIR Plus, but the plan keeps failing with error "Failed to set the EFW". Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I have a ZWO EFW (8 X 1.25") connected to the usb port in the back of my asi533mm pro camera. The EFW is connected in Filter Wheel Settings and I can change the filters by selecting them in the Position drop down list. But I still get the error with the plan.

Edit: I opened the filter wheel and when I select any filter it always moves to position 1. The wheel originally had a 7 x 36mm carousel, which I replaced with an 8 x 1.25” carousel. I put the original carousel back in the efw and it worked without any issue.

Can anyone confirm then that the carousels are not interchangeable and that is why I’m having the issue?

This is the wheel with the 8 x 1.25" carousel and the original 7 x 36mm carousel on the right. I have version 1 of the 7 x 36mm wheel.

andy7788 This 81.25" carousel may not be compatible with the 736mm EFW, we recommend you use the original carousel.

@Tech@ZWO#61074 Thanks, that's what I thought. I have now ordered an 8 x 1.25" ZWO EFW.
