Yes, assuming that by "HC" you mean the ZWO EAF's hand controller? And you are referring to a 5V version of the EAF.
You can even use one of these pocket USB power banks if you want.
(The 12V version will require a 12V source, but you can leave the USB Type B connector alone.)
