ASI294MC PRO streaks

Our observatory camera just over a year old has diagonal streaks that are on EVERY image. We had the system serviced and cleaned and the streaks are still there. This leaves the ONLY possibility as whatever lies beneath the window on the camera. These streaks are unacceptable for a camera that cost me over $1000.

I changed power incase it was an induced power artifact and nothing changed.
Any Help here???

MarcFromSTLS If you rotate the camera the streaks stay in the same place or do they change direction as well?

MarcFromSTLS lt looks like you have a light leak too. Do darks with the camera removed and the front cap on. Do a 120s exposure and check the results.

You may check this: remove the camera from the telescope to take flat frames. can you see the same streaks? please also attach the image here, thanks.

No matter which way the camera is rotated the streaks appear exactly in the same frame orientation. Also I have taken flat frames as well and these are present regardless. .

I am beginning to think these streaks are due to condensation over time? Not sure. The streaks have INCREASED in number as time has gone on. I had one then two now four. Over a period of 6 months. The reason I have not done anything is because this is a remote observatory and requires a visit to do major camera or telescope work.

Ideas? If so how do I get under teh sensor window to clean there? Is there dessicant inside ? DO I need to put some in? Not sure on any of this.

Same camera, maybe same issue, but would like confirmation prior to taking the camera apart. I was playing with the histogram in the ASI software on this shot of a comet, when this appeared. Have felt the image was not a good as it had been recently.

MBengtson that looks more like walking noise from not dithering unless its a single frame… then it is probably a bad cable or defective component issue with the camera.
