ASI294MMPro de-connects when moving ZWO EAF

My ASI294MMPro deconnects when moving ZWO EAF. Reconnection is possible BUT no automatic focusing.
When deactivating the confirmation BEEP of the focuser it seems to work. Is this a bug or is it related to some USB connection problem?

PS: latest ZWO driver software is installed / ASCOM platform 6.5 (ASCOM 6.6 however shows the same) / Win10 with latest updates

You may have already thought of this, first thing I would check is the power supply. If the voltage is on the edge, the sudden power draw from the EAF could cause problems.

@hipoh#61216 How did you connect the camera and EAF?
Please try different cables, ports, 12V power supplies and test the camera in ASIStudio to rule out the software problem.
