My USB 3.0 camera input port connection was damaged (bent pins) and I need a new connector. Is this something that can be repaired by ZWO?

I have open a ticket to have the camera repaired in your New Jersey USA repair center. I am waiting for further instructions om where I am suppose to send the camera.
