EFW 8 X 31MM Stopped Working

My filter wheel has worked well for many years. It just stopped working a few days ago when I was taking some flats. It now fails to switch filters and there is an audible buzzing sound that was not there before. Pictures attached. Here is a list of some things I have tried.

Changed USB 3.0 cable going from ASI AIR PLUS to ASI 1600MM
Changed USB 2.0 cable going from ASI 1600MM to EFW.
Changed power chord going to ASI AIR PLUS.
Opened up EFW and manually moved the wheel back to position #1. When I repower and ASIAIR goes to switch filters it will move properly a few times but then it freezes up and starts the buzzing noise again.
Tried tightening and loosening the center screw in the filter wheel.

jeffschilling Please calibrate it in the ASIStudio or ASCOM to see what will the software report, and are all the filter holes rotating to the corresponding positions during calibration?

Tech@ZWO How do I do this? Is there a link or guide you can send to do the ASIStudio or ASCOM callibration? I tried the recallibrate button on the ASIAIR app. Was unable to complete the callibration because the EFW would not spin correctly.
