I have been having great difficulty getting the ZWO (Vonets) Wi-Fi Extender to work with the ASIAR App. I can successfully configure the Wi-Fi Extender to connect to my network, but when I attempt to hit Reboot in the Vonets app it goes into an endless loop of Please Wait, "The device is rebooting, please wait one minute before you can login again!". So I close the app after a few minutes, and then I can see the new SSID (I changed it from the default to my network SSID_ASIAIR) from my tablet. From a wi-fi enabled device I can connect to the new SSID and I have internet access like I would if the Wi-Fi extender is successfully connecting to my home network.
If I connect my ipad tablet with ASIAIR to the new SSID, and open up ASIAIR app, all it sees is the original ASIAIR hotspot, nothing else, but it appears to be working.
If I connect my ipad to my home network, and restart ASIAIR it shows me connected to the original hotspot. Wi-Fi settings shows the original hotspot and an address under Wired Ethernet which is good and station mode is off. It also appears to be working.
Which SSID should I be connecting my tablet to before opening up the ASIAIR app?
