I can say, anecdotally, that all the "weak Wi-Fi" issues I've read about seem not to plague my "new version" ASiair Plus, and that I recall reading a review of the ASiair Mini that stated its Wi-Fi was much better than the (presumably) older version ASiairs'.... so, there's that. I haven't had a single Wi-Fi connection issue with my "new version" ASiair Plus, even at 30m range through a single wall.
