Mounts need often so much power, that ASIAIR:s power outlets cannot feed them properly. It is not just your mini and LX85, but my Pro and Plus cannot feed EQ6Pro or EQ5 properly either. It is just so, and as far as I know this is well known feature. I say feature, because it can be seen from specs, outlet specs and mount specs. I see it so that when electric motors encage, they need so much power that ASIAIR shuts down and boots. I have added separate power source for mount.
Is Meade LX85 same as Sky-Wacher EQ5? it looks like similar. If so, you maybe need an adapter into your USB-cable as I do with my EQ5. Do you have a one?
Have you checked that your cables are ok? other cables? where do you look at that it is not drawing power? does dew heaters get warm?
