Hi there, I just bought an ASI2600MM Pro Camera in October and the USB HUB on the camera back is not working. I use them to connect an EFW and a guide camera. Everything was fine until suddenly stops working, any device connected to the USB Hub is not detected by the computer.
I already reinstall ZWO drivers, but it did not work. Also, I checked the Device Manager on Windows 10 to see if anything is wrong but I did not find anything that helps.
Is there anything that I can do?
