I have an ASIAIR Plus that simply won't autoguide correctly. The DEC numbers are wildly off, by many degrees. I actually have two ASIAIR Pluses and when I swapped them out, the other one guides very well, .35 to .6 on both RA and DEC axis. Same mount, same telescope, same battery pack, same guide scope and same guide camera. My polar alignment and focusing are accurate, so those are not the cause of this difference in guiding behavior.
Is there a way to reset the OS of the ASIAIR to see if that fixes the guiding problem. I am not sure I activated it properly, nor am I sure that I downloaded the latest firmware successfully. Maybe my mount got confused with the swapping out of the devices?
