Two nights ago while shooting the Heart Nebula, right after the meridian flip, the Dec tracking just went totally off the graph (this has never happened before). After trying a few things, I shut everything down, even did another polar align, and went back to the Heart. Everything seemed fine from that point on. I’m just curious as to why the meridian flip killed the Declination FYI: I did check for cable snags during flip, etc….no clue.
Thank you for any thoughts on this....could it simply be a software 'glitch?'
