Only way I know on iOS is if you had been keeping an iMazing archive of the ASIAIR apps.
If you had not used iMazing, there is unfortunately no way to restore an iOS app (except for some TestFlight versions), unless ZWO provides a path (for example using Apple's TestFlight).
Other users cannot send you their iMazing backups. I haven't found a way to use an iMazing backup from one iPad on a different iPad, even when both iPads are linked to the same AppleID.
If you run ASIAIR on an Apple silicon Mac, you can also squirrel away each downloaded iOS app version (I even have the Betas saved away), and in the future revert back to using the older versions of the apps instead of the newest version. You can even copy the older copies to a different Mac that is also running Apple silicon).
You cannot send copies to another user since it will violate the EULA. ZWO can do it, but they just chose not to.
If you can ask ZWO to give explicit permission, I can copy an older macOS ASIAIR image to my web server for you to copy. But it will only work on an Apple silicon based Mac.
