Asiair plus and 120mm guide cam

Hi,

I have the problem that I cannot select the guide cam connected to the Asiair as this.

If I plug these into the laptop, I get a connection and a picture. The Asi 120MM USB 2.0 version is connected to the Asiair USB 2.0 port. Reconnecting or turning off does not bring any change. Asiair plus also has the latest firmware (10.xx).

Has anyone had the same problem yet?

Already tried other USB-cable? in case the first one is faulty?

Not yet. The cable works with my laptop so I don’t think it’s broken.

Edit: I tried a second one and the same problem.
