ynaraine1 I have purchased a USB C cable for connectivity for the ASI Air Plus so that I can process the files onto software saved on my PC, but when connecting up the USB C Cable to the PC and the ASI Air Plus I get no connectivity.
What protocol does the USB-C port on your computer support? Do they say that it supports USB 2 (in addition to things like DisplayPort?)
Apple's USB-C port for example implements Thunderbolt protocol, not USB 2.0 protocol. The USB-C port in the ASIAIR implements the USB 2.0 protocol, and not Thunderbolt. So in the case of a Mac, you cannot simply use a cable that has USB-C connectors on both ends.
You will need something like this to connect the ASIAIR's USB-C port to a Mac's USB-C port:

Remember that USB-C is a "physical" connector specs. It can implement various protocols, USB 2, USB 3, Thunderbolt, USB-Power Delivery, DisplayPort, etc. The USB-C port in ZWO's guide cameras also implement only USB 2 protocol.
FWIW, I have never seen the USB-C port on the ASIAIR properly documented. I don't know why it is so difficult for them to document that it supports USB 2.
