Yes, you can run multiple ASIAIR devices at the same time from a single tablet. I often switch between three different devices, since one of them is an always-on all-sky camera.
If you have a single tablet, as you assumed, you will need to literally switch between the devices. With ASIAIR v2.0 onwards, the entry page of the ASIAIR app will literally relaunch the ASIAIR app, and reconnect to the selected ASIAIR device after you ask it to switch. So, while it is not fast, but it can be done.
It is best that you assign different SSID names to each ASIAIR device, so that you can easily distinguish the devices.
