EAF Focuser Failed!

I have an EAf Focuser that I purchased 10 months ago. I also just purchased the ASI533MC Pro. I'm considering buying the updated EAF 5v version for my other scope but before I do that, I want the one I have fixed or replaced. The current EAF I have will no longer connect to a USB hub. It will not connect to the 2.0 hub on my camera either. It was working fine and then it wasn't. It will only connect directly to a usb port on my laptop defeating the purpose of my Cem60 mount that has a built in usb hub on the Dec assembly. I've tried different laptops and different programs that connect it such as NINA and APT. On the first attempt it will connect properly and then after about 5 minutes it will disconnect with an error and will no longer connect after that. Not even after restarting the laptop and software. Not acceptable.

Is it a 12V version or a 5V version EAF?
You can test with different USB cables and 12V power supplies to rule out the problem.
Did you connect other devices to the USB hub on the ASI533MC Pro? can they be recognized?

Tech@ZWO Thanks for the reply, it's now on it's way to be repaired. 12v version, Yes other devices work fine on the camera hub. Unfortunately only the EAF has issues with the hub/hubs. It always worked on my Cem60 mounts hub now it doesn't matter which it is, camera or Cem60, fails after just a minute or 2.

Hats off to Nancy and team at ZWO USA repair. 2 week turn around to get my EAF repaired and returned. Connects and stays connected no problem, thanks for the upgrade.
