JTSAN Last evening I started a Polar Alignment with my EQ6 and got a message back saying there was an Exposure Failure.
If it happened right after the Polar Alignment process where it slewed the 60ยบ, you may have a loose connector (both USB or power connectors) that glitched during the slew.
If so, try strain relieving the cables by doubling back the cable and tie it down to the body of the camera so that the connectors do not move as the OTA moves. Intermittent connection can also happen over the night as your OTA moves. The key is to make sure the connectors do not move at all relative to the camera body.
Some examples:

(The second example is a ring that was custom 3D printed for me by DeepSkyDad -- they are copy cats of it now in the market ever since Pavle released a photo of it.)
If there is a chance that the USB connector can move at the ASIAIR end, do the same to that end too.
Many other manufacturers use connectors with screw locks for the power connector (my QHY533 has one, so does my SBIG ST-8300), but ZWO does not. Some camera manufacturers have screw locks for USB connectors too.
