Hi guys, I need support but the website requires an order number. Because I purchased via a dealer I dont have a number that will let me submit my request. The post is rejected. This is especially vexing for people like myself with impairments who will only discover this problem after a investing a lot of time explaining their issue, and will have to do it over.
So I did, and sent my email to info. The reply I got refers me back to the same web form.
Is it intentional policy to limit support to direct customers, or is this just a website issue?
