unfortunately I cannot find a graph of sensor sensitivity (of the SONY sensor inside the ASI294MM Pro) above 700 nm to NIR. Could somebody please give a link where get some more information on this?

The monochrome camera's curve is right below the color camera's curve, and extends to 1000 nm.
