postsi However, I can not see a way to control both from ASIAIR.
Simon,
The first thing you want to do is to change the names of the EAF, so you can distinguish between the two.
You cannot use ASIAIR to do this, so you need to connect the EAF (one at a time) to a computer and use ASIStudio (the ASICap in ASIStudio would work).
In ASICap, there is a EAF selection. In the EAF control window, you should find the EAF; connect to it. At the far right of the name field, you will find an "edit" icon.

Click on that and ASICap will allow you to add a short name in parentheses to the original "EAF" name.
If you do not see the edit icon, your EAF may need its firmware updated. It is up to you whether you want to risk updating firmware on a ZWO product.
Once each EAF has its own name, you should be able to find them in ASIAIR, like so:

("guide" and "fsq" are the two names I added to the two EAFs.)
You cannot control both EAF simultaneously. Remember, this is ASIAIR, unlike something like Indigo, where you can leave more than one EAF, and other manufacturers' electronic focusers, opened simultaneously. With the ASIAIR, you need to switch back and forth to control each EAF (just like there is only one Preview screen in ASIAIR, etc). The states of the EAF remains unchanged when you disconnect from it.
