Sometimes when I shoot an object in the sky, I find it by catalogue name, but then I frame it differently. I will move the frame around, rotate it and so on.
But when I want to travel the next day or in a week to my spot, I need to do everything again.
I can't just leave my telescope somewhere in the fields 50km from my house 🙂
The feature request:
It would be nice if I could store (mark as favorite) the current position (and rotation) of frame,
and the next day (or week) I can select from the menu the stored position and navigate there.
It can be accessible in Sky atlas in a form of list of favorite objects/frames.
You could bookmark (or mark as favorite) and object from the catalogue or
what I want, a current frame and its rotation.
