Hi! I need help please. I'm having issues with power imput conistency. Is this normal?:
I'm using a fixed grid connection to 220V AC with a proper transformer of 12V 10A DC, (12,5V meassured with voltimeter) more than enough. And the voltage is not consistent when the amps drawn increase. When the asi2600 starts to draw current the voltage drops reaching 10,9-11v. When I shut down the cooler of the camera It goes back to 11,8-12V.

I have meassured the input voltaje from the transformer and is 12,5V but then turns to 12,2V at the input of asiairplus when is turned on, and the power display on the app is not 12,2V but 11,8-11,9V...300mV less. Due to this a warning of low voltaje is shown....

The voltaje drops when It starts to draw current no matter what kind of power supply method I use. I also tried to use a voltaje stabilizer (step Up) 12,8V plugged to a lead battery so it doesn't drop that much, but this should not be the solution (the voltaje still drops but to 11,5-12,3V anyway...)

The voltage imput should be consistente right?
I've spoken to some buddies and the haye constant voltage input display no matter the power consumtion of the devices plugged to asiair. Any idea. Do you thinks is a hardware malfuntion of my device?
Thanks so much.
