Hi! I own an ASI462MC. I noticed that all my images are washed out. It's a lack of contrast and sharpness. I suspect the fact that the camera is sensitive in IR and somehow some IR radiation still touch my sensor. I use a GSO block filter... is ZWO filter better? I eliminated the problem of focusing, colimation, seeing or other things.
