Before you run out to buy the adapter that ZWO recommended above for your monochrome camera, you might want to check if you have space to place a mounted glass filter (even just an IR-cut filter for monochrome images) into the light path.
The rear of my Sony Zeiss 4/16-70, for example extends 3.9 mm past the flat FE flange. The 7.5 mm clearance in the adapter's barrel that is shown in ZWO's mechanical drawings is reduced to 3.5 mm of clearance for the filter and whatever holds the filter. The thickness of the glass alone, for the better filters, is 3 mm.
You may be able to glue an unmounted 36mm, or unmounted 50 mm filter somewhere in there, but it may not be what you have in mind as a practical solution.
You might be stuck with using large filters at the filter thread end of the lens, and using step-up and step-down rings.
