Unable to turn on tracking with Hobym Crux140 Traveler mount

I just received my Crux 140 Traveller with Titan 3.5.2 firmware and I'm testing it out with the ZWO ASIAir Plus, software version 2.1.1. I am unable to turn on sidereal tracking from the app. The ASIAir Plus displays an error message: "Enable Tracking failed" The mount is properly connected since I can slew with the arrow buttons on the screen and after I do a sync, goto works. I can't point it at anything at the moment to test since it's raining.

I can see that tracking is set to sidereal in the Titan controller. Maybe I'll just leave it for an hour and see if the RA axis moves.

Does anyone know how to solve this? I've attached two screenshots that illustrate this problem.

Just do a simple GoTo to any object and take a 10s image. It is possible the mount will be tracking at sidereal rate. You don't need to wait 1 hour.
Just to be specific, a GoTo not slewing manually.

It's raining. I waited long enough and can see that RA axis has moved so tracking works. Just no way to control it from the ASIAir. Also, why would slewing manually be any different than goto with regard to tracking?
