I'm trying to debug an issue as to why I can't enable/disable tracking from the ASIAir Plus 2.1.1 to my mount the HOBYM Crux140 Traveller. Tracking is on in the mount. However, there is no way to control from the ASIAir app. I want to look at error logs to help the manufacturer (HOBYM) diagnose this error.
Does anyone know a way I can access logging? To be clear, I'm not after phd2 or autoplan etc logging. I'm looking for the application error logs.
I created a support ticket with the App which (supposedly) uploaded the logs but when I open the ticket I don't see a way to view from there either.
