Software update tonight ASIAIR Pro

Went out tonight with my scope and the first thing that came up was that my software needed updated, so I pressed the button or whatever you call that and it went through the process and updated the software. The problem is that it is all messed up now all the stars look like bubbles (big bubbles) on every photo I tried. I tried 3 objects and I have photos to prove it. The photos that were downloaded to the IPAD were bad and then I tried the FITS file photos and they were the same MESS. What is wrong???????

You will have to blow the photo up to see the bubbles.

Can you give more details of the setup?
Camera, mount, OTA, guide scope, EAF…
It looks like you moved the focus or the guide moves around the stars

My setup is the stock Celestron Evolution 8, HyperStar 8, ASI533mc Pro, NO guide scope, focus is done with a Bahtanov mask mounted on the camera and removed after focus is obtained and no electronic focuser. The focus changed very slightly from the night before (probably due to temperature change) and was corrected with the manual focus knob on the scope. The only change from the night before was the software update.

Since my scope was at a star party, the HyperStar & camera had to be taken off the scope for transport and then reattached at the star party. Not sure if that could be part of the problem, so will have to wait for another good night to take the scope out with the HyperStar & camera attached and try it again.
