Odd behavior with ASIAir Plus bootup and AM5 mount

My ASIAir Plus ver 2.1 is powered from the AM5 ver 1.3 via the 12V out port which is pass-through (i.e. it's powered even when the mount is turned off). I noticed last night that my Air wouldn't boot if the AM5 is turned on first. I have no issue as long as I power on the Air first then the mount. I suspect maybe it could be due to the mount's USB connection to the Air. I can only guess since there are no system logs available (unless I figure out some way to get a root shell). I'll try different scenarios like unplugging the USB to the mount etc and report back my findings.

Not sure yet if this is a hardware issue (noise maybe??), software (i.e. the new version of ASIAir OS). Wondering if anyone else has seen this issue?

I am seeing the exact same behavior after the last software update, it worked fine before so it would appear to be buggy software.

What is the specification of the power adapter use to power AM5? (Please use a 12V 5A power adapter)
1 Please try to replace the 12 DC cable connecting AM5 and ASIAIR. There may be a voltage drop caused by the cable, so that the voltage received by ASIAIR is insufficient
2 If the problem still cannot be solved, it is recommended to try to replace the power adapter. The actual power supply of the power supply needs to reach 12V 5A
