Walf@ZWO this response by ZWO shows a shocking lack of understanding. The purpose of alignment stars is to establish the mount's pointing position in 3D space. With location and time from GPS, two alignment stars would be adequate. Two-star alignment algorithms had already been perfected by Meade and Celestron on their budget mounts for decades. ZWO should do the same. Given their current approach, no wonder users have failed in nailing their GOTOs!
