ASIAir USB3 Ports Only Intermittently Generate "exposure failure" message

Recently purchased the ASI585MC, ASI2600MC and ASIAir Plus. When either or both cameras are connected to the ASIAir USB3 ports, the "Exposure Failure" message is consistently seen but a random number of camera exposures could be captured after a system reset. To isolate the error message root cause, the cameras were connected to a laptop and operated via ASIStudio; the cameras (imagers) worked fine. Suspecting an issue with the ASIAir, each camera was again connected to the USB3 ports and resulted in the same intermittent error messages. Each camera was then moved one at a time to an ASIAir USB2 port; each camera worked fine and without the error message. My current concern with the ASIAir is that its USB3 interface has a buffering problem when moving data from the cameras. Thoughts? Does the board hosting the USB3 interface need to be replaced?

DonAL Hi, based on your description, guesses are related to the following reasons:
1 The power supply voltage may be insufficient. You can check whether the voltage value displayed on the ASIAIR app is normal (12V Power Port for Camera) when shooting. If the voltage is abnormal, please try to replace the 12V DC cable or power adapter
2 USB 3.0 cable problem. Please try to replace the USB3.0 data cable.
If you still can't solve it, please submit a log after occurring the problem. We'll help you troubleshoot the issue by checking the logs. Thank you so much

Hi, if you are using the Usb 3.0 cable that came with an AA+ 256G, this does not seem to work.
I had TWO machine giving this problem and it went away when using the cable supplied with the cameras, not the one supplied with the AA+256G

So, I do not understand how replacing a power supply or USB cable that came with the Air+ provides resolution. I tried both the planetary camera and deep space camera from ZWO with just ASI Studio on a laptop and both behaved well. If the USB3 cable ZWO provides with both cameras does not meet specification, why provide the cable? As an Electronics Engineer specializing in small form factor electronics, this isolates the problem to the Air+. Question - how many concurrent connections does the Air+ support?

Additionally, I built an Astroberry before purchasing the Air+ and the ZWO planetary camera worked fine with it.
