I am currently trying to connect my new AM5 to NINA via ASCOM. I installed the ASCOM platform and the ZWO-ASCOM driver one after the other.
When connecting in NINA (ASI Mount), the Mount window appears. After entering the com port and clicking on connent I get the message: "please synchonize time first". (See image)
The date and format in Asi mount at launch is 01/01/00. After clicking on "get from pc" the correct date and time is taken from the pc. However, the date has a different format (05-07-23).
when you click the ok button, you get an error message about the time format. I believe that specifying the date and/or time is not compatible with the format in NINA.
If you ignore this message, NINA can establish a connection and you can also move the telescope, but it is not possible to synchronize and slew to the target because the time is not synchronized. NINA reports that the time on the mount differs by 2419006533 seconds from the time in NINA (system time).
I am asking for help on how to solve the problem.
Thanks very much
