6200MM Temperature Fluctuates a lot

Hello,
I have a couple of challenges when using my 6200MM taking flats. I set it up to take a series of 30 frame shots for each of the 7 filters at appropriate gains. The exposure times vary between filters.
My setup is the 6200MM, with the EFW and a Mini connected to the camera. The camera is connected to the ASI Air Plus 256. The Plus is powered and connected directly to an AM5 mount. I am powering the camera separately since I thought that may be the root of the problem (previously was using the Plus for power).
Here are some things I see:

random exposure failures (no consistency of timing or cause I can see)
temperature variations where the fan seems to shut itself off completely and then slowly ramps up again
Of course, these break the consistency of my flats.
I have tried changing the USB3 port used in the Plus. Putting it on separate power. Reducing the cooling level so as not to stress the fan. Checking for updated firmware (none in the download). All my other firmware and app appear to be the latest. I still see the issues.
I am not sure if the power or system is being stressed, but something seems up and as an extra minor annoyance, when you plug and unplug the camera the temp display no longer shows in the app. (Closing and restarting the app fixes this, but it is annoying)
I am attaching a screenshot of a series of images taken with the Luminance filter active (L) and you can see the temperature, which was set at -5C, holding and then getting much warmer. It eventually went all the way to +7.5C before the cooling enabled again and brought it back.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you try different USB cables? if the problem still appears, please submit the log in the ASIAIR app(About -> feedback)

The camera works in a short exposure for a long time will cause the cooling can not stay in a stable temperature, you can set a interval time, such as 1s.

Thanks. I will try another cable to see if it reappears. I had a feeling about number two, probably overloading the bus. I will get a screenshot of the last item.

I have sent a note to support as I replaced the cable, the camera then failed during PA and now I get nothing but exposure failed messages after many reboots. It appears to have failed.

So your camera is always exposure failed now?
Did you try other 12V power supplies?
And could you tell us the ID of your bug report, We will analyze it asap. thanks.

Yes. I am testing with another AIRPlus in case that is the problem (this is a new 256 one). It seems unlikely since all the other parts seem to be working. I was using the a new TF Card which I am also testing. I have used two different power sources, through the Plus and now independent using the same one I used on my older Plus.
I am trying these options today to see if it just continues to fail or whether the problem is not in the camera.
