I've just purchased an ioptron HAE43ec mount and cannot get it to connect to my ASI air Pro. I have read from other people on CN that they were able to connect the non ec version of this mount to their ASI air (not sure if it was Pro or Plus if that matters). I have tried using a usb cable as well as connecting via wifi. It always tells me that the "connection failed". I am currently selecting the HEM27 option from the dropdown, but have tried other ioptron mount selections as well. When I had a cem40 I had this issue as well, but it was corrected by using a usb hub as a gobetween for the mount and asi air. This does not appear to work with this mount. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do?
