I kind of think they may be out of business. They've completely stopped supporting users.

It would be really the time, to inform the users ( customers ) if any new updates & bug fixes related to ASIAIR are planned... or maybe even not ! the last asiair version was from Mar 2, 2023...

Yeah, I've moved on to Nina since there hasn't been any updates or quality of life updates.

Plus I've been having issues with the app crashing to main screen.

I'll hold on to my asiair plus for a few months and hope for some updates. But the advanced sequencer in Nina is amazing for my local horizon.

Any updates? Been over 3 months and nothing about bug fixes. I've had to stop using my asiair plus because the app keeps crashing on both my pixel 6 and my Lenovo p11 pro gen 2 tablet

Eriktim82 We are so sorry for the delay and trouble.I will follow the ASIAIR section of the forum from now on.
Does the crash appear all times when you launch the app? or after you tap 'Enter device' button on the startup page.

Any luck or update of the focus / bulb issues for the a7iv. A7iv is connected but won't shoot. Error after error. Setup works 100% in a7iii.

Soulnet well the A7IV is still currently marked as Unested in the camera compatibility list.

Have you submitted a support ticket for the issue? Go here https://support.astronomy-imaging-camera.com/ then go to Product and select ASIAIR and DSLR & ML as the concern type.

joshlopez1588 ASIAIR should support A74, but we have not tested that, it may have some bugs. in that case you can report that in the bug report.
