Hey! I've been a long time ASI user, with an original ASI 174 MM during beta, and more recently ASI 294MM pro. Always extremely happy!
I noticed that my ASI 294 MM pro will not connect to my Windows 11 computer as a USB 3.0 device - it shows in Device Manager as "Generic USB Hub" - I have attempted all of the troubleshooting provided on the website, requested help on the facebook groups, and have tried several windows 11 related fixes
please help - how do I connect the ASI294MM Pro to my Windows 11 and have it recognized as a USB 3.0 camera and NOT as a "generic USB hub"
