App to Darken Android Tablet Screen Dark/Red to Preserve Night Vision

Hi,

I'm planning on going to the Golden State Star Party in a few weeks and don't want to annoy any observers or imagers with my tablet's screen. Is there an app that can turn the screen red, as Stellarium has built into it? I use ASIAIR Plus but as far as I know the software doesn't have the capacity to change to dark red to preserve night vision.

Is there an app, preferably without ads, that can do this?

jsg What is the app? I used the iPad display menu feature given to me by wray, a forum regular, it worked to change the iPad to a lower level red display but it’s not possible to do a polar alignment because the green (also blue) readout of adjustment parameters are invisible against the red background. ASIAIR needs a black background with white letters and numbers then the normal display adjustment would work. ASIAIR seems tone deaf about this.

The app is called TWILIGHT:Blue Light Filter. I don't know if it's written for the Mac, I'm using it on an Android tablet. It does a good job of turning the screen red with lots of adjustments and options.
