Where would I submit a request for camera repair?
I purchased an ASI2600MC Pro from Woodland Hills Camera and Telescope 3/23/20. I recently had a cable snag and the mechanical housing of the USB2 and USB3 ports was damaged. The fit is loose and at times the USB cables have unreliable connections. How much would it cost to replace or repair the circuit board in the ASI2600MC Pro and how long would it take?
