I have tried 3 devices Gemini mount , DSLR and ASI120mm mini in this port. Nothing works but they work in other USB ports. If the port was used for flash drive storage does that lock port for other use? Is there a port test?
Have you tried to replace the USB cable connected to this port? If it still cannot work normally after replacing the USB cable, it should be that the USB port is damaged
