Problems with solar image capture stacking

This is the first post in a very long time so I hope it posts properly. I have been doing H-a solar imaging with a PST and ZWO ASI-174MM for years and occasionally I get a glitch that creates SER files using Firecapture that I can't stack or the stack comes out really wrong! I finally caught it while still set-up and tried some things and found it doesn't seem to be the mount, telescope or camera. The PST has very narrow tuning so I have to take separate images for L and R proms, surface features and Barlow images. I also do 'detuned' images which look like 'white-light' solar images. Most times the only images that are 'glitchy' are the 'full-disk' surface images. The images I got this time, going one-by-one in the SER file, look fine but as I said do not stack properly. I have tried using Autostakkert, preprocessing with Pipp, Registax 6, PS 2023 and nothing works. This happens usually only a few times a year, but can ruin a session if I don't catch it. Anyone else have problems with Firecapture or having files that won't stack properly? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! ZWO has no idea and suggested this forum. I posted 3 images - one that was the only one that worked and 2 others with the 'bad' stacking. Thanks for any help anyone can give!

I have been using Firecapture since Torsten first released it and had no problems stacking. I have used other cameras in the past, bu the current set of ASI290MM and 160MM are the primary ones in use now using Lunt Ha/CaK/WL and Daystar Quantum filters and Had no issues.

I use Autotskkert and Regisitax for some stacking, but most stacking is done with AviStack 2(use the others when it fails). Just looking at the sample images I have a gut feeling that there is a setting/settings off that is tripping the stacking software up. Just my thoughts on it.
