Hello.
We have had numerous lightening storms here, and since then, my asi1600mc-cooled camera died. The camera has been connected to the USB and 12Volts since the last storm (I forgot to disconnect the 12V).
I cannot get any capture app to recognize that thee is that camera. Also, the cooling fan does not work, and there is no light for the 12Volts.
I have another ZWO camera that has not been connected lately, and it works.
Do you have a repair program for cameras that are no longer in warranty?
If so, what are the shipping costs (both directions) and troubleshooting fees?
