Is this OTA too massive for the AM5

I recently acquired a Sharpstar SS 140PH APO refractor, I was concerned that this was too big for the AM5, I know it is too big for my AVX, the CGX-L is overkill for everything short of a RC16. But i would really like to use this with the AM5, i've purchased the counterweight bar and plan to weight down the center of the tripod and thoughts.

I've seen pictures of the new FF130 APO on the AM5 w/o counterweight and i believe it is heavier 12.5 Kg vs 11.7 Kg

It would work fine on the AM5 with the addition of a counter weight IMHO. I assume your imaging and if so it will be at the top end of the weight load capacity of 28lbs. No sense trying to over run the equipment just add the counter weight so the mount is not working to hard.
