Plug in the hand controller and disable DST. Then put the handset in a box. Also, make sure you power the mount separately from the ASIAir. Do not power the mount from the air. The EQ6 can draw more than 3 amps when slewing on both axis. I use a Y-splitter for power into the mount and the air.
