w7ay luckily i am not the user with the wild oscillating mount…. Mine is just jittery a bit! Haha I am just curious to his issues.
@w7ay sounds like i need to move to Rainbow astro? The customer service with ZWO is so slow... I have been thinking about getting a second mount.

If you get any support at all from ZWO. The biggest challenge is to find a dealer that will back you up even after the 30 days have gone by. Mine put pressure on ZWO so an issue I had was dealt with quickly.

I pulled the trigger. My dealer in Seattle says the US distributor has one in stock, so they are arranging it to be drop shipped from New Jersey.
